Many training organsiations, consultants and improvement experts cloak their learning in a cloud of mystery, perpetuating the myth that improvement is a highly complex and unfathomable science.
However, when you finally get to understand what it is that you are being told, you find that it is pretty much the same as the other models, methods and systems out there and when you think about it further you realise that it is all based on a simple formula that has been around for generations.
So to help shatter the improvement myth, BigFish aims to establish a community of like minded people and using the network effect of the net and interactive technology, we want to share what we know and encourage you to do the same.
In fact our ultimate goal is to create an online community aimed at sharing best practice tools and techniques with any & all practitioners in every industry throughout the world.

Sustainable because it’s been learned & applied by the people for the people and not locked in the minds of consultants, managers and the so-called elite!
