In developing a way to share our improvement knowledge with you, we came up with our interactive ‘Teachpoints’. Each one is dedicated to a different improvement topic, tool or technique and they are all presenter-led, interactive and easy to use.
Our mission is to make the information clear and specific, the examples and case studies relevant to you and your industry, and the learning real, hands on and easy to apply.
BigFish Teachpoints are designed to be used in three ways - to help create and support improvement experts within organisations; secondly, to provide them with workshop training material to help cascade the knowledge and deliver improvement; and thirdly to help all staff understand business improvement techniques in order to facilitate a climate in which improvement activity will thrive.
And because we understand the importance of seeing results, our first 5 modules are dedicated to improvement techniques that are proven to work in a construction context and which, when used together, will help to deliver immediate benefits.
Finally, in the spirit of continuous improvement we want our Teachpoints to be the best that they can be, so that we can offer the maximum help to you in improving your business.
